New charcuterie menu at the newly renovated Papa Razzi in Burlington

Definitely a fan of the revamped restaurant!

New look and new menu, I'm sold!  The restaurant celebrated its "Grand reopening" on Thursday, April 30th 2015.

The new decor is chic and modern. The red leather booths dresses up the restaurant and gives it a sexy and glamour appeal without being too overwhelming.

I love the new concept menu with the charcuterie offerings.  There is a section near the bar that is dedicated to preparing the fresh meat and cheese trays.

Who doesn't love cured meats and cheese? The best part is that you can get a sample for as little as five bucks or get a chef's sampler for a bit more.

The 6 of us sat at the bar and the bartender was quick to take our drink request.

With the charcuterie menu, guests can opt for a chef's plate or mix and match and customize to their liking. My friend and I split the prosciutto and parmasean for a snack plate.  It was served with a crostini and sweet fig jam.  I asked for honey on the side.  It was delicious and the perfect size for two.

We also split the margarita pizza but since we were running late, we had to pack it to go and it was cold by the time we got back to the office. It would have been delicious.

Bread is available by request only.  I was sad they do not have the crunchy sticks anymore but they do offer the foccacia and a sliced sourdough choice served with a white bean dip dressed in oil and lemon.

Since it was opening week, service was a bit slow but management was VERY accommodating and super sincere.  At least 3 different managers came by to apologize and not to mention our bartenders.  They comped our meal and offered us a dessert.

The best part is that we didn't even complain, I casually asked the manager to check on our meal and took care of us.  We even had our credit card out to pay for the bill.  That is incredible SERVICE!

The lunch menu also includes set meals for $20.00 that includes multi courses and cookies for dessert along with coffee.  I thought that was a really neat future.

I will definitely be back with my coworkers for business luncheons, my friends for girls night out and my husband for date night.

The event rooms upstairs have also been renovated. I plan to scope it out for our next holiday party or business function.

Definitely try the charcuterie!
